Sometimes I forget to take my Forerunner 305 with me on runs. But I do have my Iphone. So i purchased an app that allows your Iphone to be a a gps tracker. It will tell you your distance, speed, inclines, etc..

The bad part is that the iphone is a bit bulky. I think I will have to adjust my itunes for a better run.

Howdy!!

I did a 4 mile run on the 4th of July. After the run, I took a nap, woke up for a few hours and took another nap!!! I was drained!!! I also had a horrible playlist. I forgot to load my racing music into my ipod!!! So i was listening to a bunch of mellow jams. oh well....






I didnt even get to work on my gundams!!

Gundam Update!!

Howdy yall!!

I started to work on my newest gundam...The Hyaku shiki.

Here is my work so far







For the amount of money I paid for this Master Grade, Im dissappointed. There are not a lot of pieces at all. In fact it is barely above a High Grade gundam.

I went for a degression run today!!! Dont I mean progression??? No way... I did 4 miles, at a 6:50 pace, 7:15 pace, 7:25, and finally a 7:30. Way to go!!!
