My final gundam for a while....

When I saw this I thought of the green knight... Why, you ask?? When I was a kid, I remember watching The sword and the valiant.

I really liked that movie, but then again I really liked Ator the Fighting eagle and the Adventures of Buckaroo Bonzai. ooppps I digress..

Well I think I want to paint this Sinanju "green"(remo williams style). Metallic green? or Green with a pearl coating? Kinda like the green knight... Either way its gonna have a super high gloss to it. Which means plenty of polishing with 2000 grit sand paper, and using compound.
(if youve seen remo williams, youll know why I added it to my title.Im not talking about the cheap Remo Williams made for TV movie sequal either. Im talking about the OG Fred Ward Remo,!!! ) oopps i digress again...

I usually make a gundam in about 1 to 2 weeks. This should be no different, other than Im going to take my time with the painting. I am going to experiment with Mr Hobby Primer, and different paints, and different gloss coats before I begin painting the Sinanju. This part of the process will take the longest. I see this build lasting more than a month and next year I have very busy schedule.

I was going to use House of Kolor Paints, but the are freaking expensive!!!! 200 dollars for a few ounces!!! YES OUNCES!!!!! I wanted to use their kameleon paint. From certain angles the green will turn to gold or red. Very cool, but not in my budget.
