Well I didnt run todady. In fact I started on some projects.
First up, I just bought a toilet cleaner. It came with a stand and a little wand to clean the bowl. Cool.. but it didnt match my restroom color scheme. So I painted it.

I used Krylon metallic to go along with my nickel finish restroom accessories. I added a gloss clear coat to protect it.
As for the wand, Im not going to color it. I have no idea if the cleaners will eat away at the paint.
Next up.. Did you ever wonder what the inside of a joystick looked like? Well I never wondered, but i always wondered how to make it more responsive.
Obviously when you press any direction, the red buttons get pushed and inputs your move.
Now let me show you the switches.
Here is a joystick and the clear plastic is the restrictor plate.
I cut a small piece of plastic about .4mm thick.
The plastic is now inserted. Notice the distance on the connectors.
You can add two square pieces, but any little movement will cause it to input. I would not recomend that.
