Cost Benefit...
Well I figured out that I spend close to 2 bucks a day on coffee, 4 days a week.Somehow I figured that I would spend close to 250 dollars for coffee a year. Since im always on the go and dont want to wait, I purchased a coffee maker/grinder for 50 bucks. I about two months it should pay for itself. And the rest would be a cost savings.
Why did I buy a grinder? I keep hearing how coffee is best when its freshly ground. Well after doing some research and going on Consumer reports , i decided to go with Mr Coffee(aka Mr Fusion).
Cheers@@@

Ive lost interest...
Howdy!!!
Well life has caught up to me and I havent run in a few days. Im still in decent shape, but whenever I get involved in something I like to give it my all.
On a lighter note, I dethatched my lawn(is that considered lighter?).. or is it called thatching? Either way I tore up my grass and it looks like dogs started digging around my yard. Thatching has taught me two things,
1. it is a good way to prepare your grass for fertilizing
2. im not as young as i used to be, and my body is sore
My current playlist... Ive been listening to the first song while I run...
PS Expicit lyrics
